1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SpectralWoW's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the SpectralWoW service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights
• Engage in any harassing, abusive, or harmful behavior toward other users
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or any other systems or networks connected to the service
• Use any automated means or interface not provided by us to access the service or to extract data
• Sell, trade, or resell access to the service

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SpectralWoW and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SpectralWoW.

We acknowledge that all World of Warcraft content and materials are copyrights, trademarks, and/or intellectual properties of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service, or contact us for account deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SpectralWoW, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.
